Considering the 2014 World Cup, the #90 issue of Colors Magazine appropriately focusses on football. Nicoló Lanfranchi photographed the football team of the Geraldo Beltrão high security prison in João Pessoa, Brazil. The penal institution has been organizing this competition since 2012. Each cell can participate in the competition with a team of five inmates. By the end of a week of games, the winner is clear. The winning team players receive a crate full of food, which they usually send to their families. As a special honour, the winning team also gets to play against a team made up of prison guards.
