A country without real guardians: the Japanese people feel like their government has let them down. Earthquakes, tsunamis, nuclear reactor accidents – those affected by the catastrophic chain reactions of 2011 were warned too late of the consequences, and the resulting outcomes were only inadequately explained to them. Every day new bits of terrifying information about the Fukushima-Daiichi power plant come to light.
