VitaThe Paris-based photographer duo consists of Elsa Parra (b. 1990 in Bayonne) and Johanna Benaïnous (b. 1991 in Paris).
Elsa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature, a Diplôme National Supérieur d’Arts Plastiques (DNSAP) in Photography from the School of Visual Arts of La Cambre (Brussels Belgium), and a Diplôme National Supérieur d'Expression Plastique (DNSEP) from the École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs de Paris. Johanna holds a Diplôme National d'Arts Plastiques (DNAP) and a Diplôme National Supérieur d’Arts Plastiques (DNSAP) from the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris.

Elsa and Johanna met in New York City in 2014, where they both participated in a student exchange programme at the School of Visual Art. Their work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, and featured in publications such as Le Temps, Boycott Magazine, L’Express 10, and Crash Magazine. Their list of client includes Etro, Boucheron and Apple (for which they created and directed the short film ‘Coup de Bol’), among others.
