Introduced by his mum to her Leica camera, the seed was planted, and Christians love affair with photography began. His unique cross cultural view of the world gave him a natural sense of adventure and after gaining a degree in Photography in Hamburg he ventured into documentary making. Christians need for culture led him to a life in Berlin and the fashion industry. His formative years spent in a country full of texture and colour has had a profound influence over his style of photograph, making it both playful and powerful yet sensitive.  Christian now splits his working time between london & New York.
