You can tell it’s springtime when the crème de la crème of the world’s young creative talent arrives in the small French town of Hyères, on the Mediterranean coast, for the International Festival of Fashion, Accessories and Photography in Hyères. Now in its 33rd edition, the festival hosts competitions for the best new talent in fashion design, accessories design and photography and showcases the work of ten finalists in each category. This year’s photography jury, under the watchful eye of its president Bettina Rheims, has chosen the following to exhibit in the opulent 1920s arts centre setting of Villa Noailles: Pascale Arnaud from France, Laetitia Bica from Belgium, Teresa Eng from Canada, Allyssa Heuse from Philippines/France, Jaakko Kahilaniemi from Finland, Csilla Klenyánszki from Hungary, Sanna Lehto from Finland, Sarah Mei Herman from Netherlands,
Eva O’Leary from Ireland/USA and Aurélie Scouarnec from France. We wish them all the best of luck!
